 The opportunity

• Part-time role (prefer 3 days but will consider 2)

• Covers our 3 offices in Cairns Tablelands (Atherton, Innisfail and Mareeba)

• Provide a variety of services including assessments that identify individual strengths, skills, experience and vulnerabilities in employment

• Gain expertise by working with a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals

 About you

• Tertiary qualification in your discipline of either: Psychologist OR Provisional Psychologist OR Degree Qualified Counsellor or Rehab Counsellor 

• Registration/Membership with relevant state or national professional body is essential (i.e. AHPRA/RCAA/ACA/PACFA)

• Clinical counselling or mental health counselling

• Proven ability to motivate and genuinely engage with people

• Solution focused therapeutic approach which links to vocational goals

• Strong organisational skills 

• Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and national police check

• Be able to obtain a myID 

• Current drivers licence
