Job Coach - Inclusive Employment Australia

Location: Grafton Street, Cairns

As part of the AKG Group, we work alongside people from all backgrounds and life stages, helping them overcome barriers, unlock opportunities, and achieve their goals. Our work creates real, lasting impact in communities across Australia.

If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of an organisation where your work directly empowers others to thrive, AKG offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career with purpose.

Inclusive Employment Australia supports individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.

We are looking to grow our team to deliver these services.

Why join AKG?

We believe it's important to get to know our customers and understand their skills and abilities, focusing on what they can do, not what they can't do.

By doing this, it allows us to provide tailored support and assistance and also helps in the search of finding the right employment that suits our customers best.

We don't stop there though. Once our customers are in employment, we continue to be there for them, and their employers too.

You might be from industry already or a retail or hospitality superstar, a call centre professional or from another service industry all together, but you thrive in a customer-focused role, enjoy talking to clients and are self-driven! Training and support will be provided.
